Even though at first they may sound a bit TOO poppy and indiey, they are great, believe me. If you can stand excessively happy music, you'll love them like I do.The key factor is that they represent very well the London cultural miscigenation, for example, their leadsinger is a black rapper Ninja. They also have a japanese singer who acts like they're recording an anime soundtrack. And the main songwriter is Ian Parton, who loves 70's blackexploitation music and spy movies.
The final result is not a mess, and instead, one of the most interesing mixs of different styles I've ever heard. If you don't like the video for Doing It Right below, try listening to another of their songs on youtube.
